Is the competition still on?

Was wondering if this competition is still on? I live in broad channel ny and have lost my home and all of my belongings due to hurricane sandy. It would mean so much to me if this competition was still going. I worked very hard on my website and if I won would be able to use this money towards making a new home for my baby and I.
